This rare early Double Angel Wing floor lamp was designed by Alvar Aalto in 1959 and produced by Valaistystyo Ky, Helsinki, who were the first manufacturers of the lamp.

The iconic white lacquered metal louvred shades rise from a leather covered column and base. Impressed manufacturer’s mark and model no. A810 to brass ring at top of stem. One pull cord missing, and shades have been repainted, otherwise in good original condition.
