George Nakashima (1905-1990), Kornblut Cabinet in American Black Walnut, made at the Nakashima Studio in New Hope, Pennsylvania, USA in 1972.

This rare design is constructed to bring out the exquisite grain of the American black walnut wood and includes dovetail details to the side joints which became a feature of Nakashima’s work. The twin doors are fastened with a burl pull and enclose an interior space with one adjustable shelf.
