This is an early original example of the rare large size, futuristic spherical pendant designed by Panton, featuring a transparent acrylic outer shell housing five suspended aluminium reflectors accented with iconic red and blue pops of colour. Smaller versions were later produced under licence by Verpan, but this 60cm example is one of the originals made in Denmark by Louis Poulsen.
