Gino Sarfatti, Floor Light, model 1045 for Arteluce, Italy, designed in 1948

The telescopic structure comprises a polished brass tube with a runner fixed to a triangular polished brass base which has a notch allowing the light to be hung from a wall. The lamp has an adjustable height range between 100cm and 160cm, through a simple hook mechanism, and the upper section has a pivoting knuckle allowing the shade to be tilted in many directions as required. Shade of enamelled aluminium in a beautiful ochre yellow colour, with Arteluce label to interior.

Condition good for age and use, some patination to the brass. Rewired and PAT tested to comply with present day safety requirements.
