acrylic, lacquered metal, chrome, Italy, designed 1970 and produced for the Design Centre by Poltronova, Italy as part of the Mobili Grigi series.

Ettore Sottsass was a founding member of the Memphis Milano group and is considered one of the pioneers of the postmodernist movement. He believed that design should be radical and sensual, and aimed to create a “vibrating” experience for the viewer.

Condition: rewired and PAT tested to conform with present day safety requirements. Some very minor chips to the edge of the black base.
